The afro bucks reward program is our way of saying thank you for supporting us and giving these wonderful plant babies a new home.

While we did try to designed the program to be simple and accessible, we know there may be a few things that are confusing for our customers. This page will explain how the program works as well as how to begin earning.

How much do I earn per a transaction?

Costumers earn 4% on every euro spent. So if you spent €1 you will automatically receive €0.04 in redeemable points.

Can I redeem my afro bucks at anytime?

Not exactly. Afro bucks are redeemable in increments of a 100 afro bucks. So if you only have 50 ab (afro bucks) you will not be able to redeem them until you reach 100 ab. If you have 150 ab, you will only be able to redeem 100 ab, and so forth.

How many afro bucks will I receive for referring a friend?

Referrals work a little differently, we wanted to make sure that it was a win-win scenario for both parties. As the referrer you will automatically receive:

€5.00 (the equivalent of 500 afro bucks) off an entire order
The order must be equal to or greater than €40.00 to use this reward
Rewards expire at 11:59 PM UTC, 30 days after being issued
Discount codes will have prefix "Afro"

Your friend will receive:

€4.00 (the equivalent of 400 afro bucks) off entire order
The order must be equal to or greater than €40.00 to use this reward
Rewards expire at 11:59 PM UTC, 6 months after being issued
Discount codes will have prefix "Afro"

These rewards come in the form of a discount code. Please be aware of the expiry dates!

Will my afro bucks expire?

For non-referral related afro bucks the first expiration will be November 7th 2022, after which, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more. Don't worry, you will be notified by email twice; once 30 days before and 3 days before you expiry date.
