Afro Plant BXL only ships to:

Belgium

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification offering different shipping availabilities.

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Belgian Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer a simple flat rate shipping rate of €6.90 within Belgium.

In-store pickup

We are an online shop only and as such, there are no in-store pickups for the time being.

International Shipping

While we are considering adding additional countries, we currently are not offering international shipping outside of Belgium.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at afroplantbxl@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.
